Bonni is the founder of The EO List and has been facilitating the release of the e-mail circulation of HR jobs for nearly 14 years. She is also the primary blogger at The EO List and host of this website.
In her career, Bonni is the Managing Director of The Employers’ Choice Inc., a Brampton-based HR Consulting firm (www.theemployerschoice.com). She has been in human resources for 20+ years, working as an executive consultant, association leader and college instructor. She is a well-known entity in the total compensation and organizational effectiveness fields, and has highly-sought after experience in the global arena.
She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and has earned four human resources-related professional designations. She is the 2012 winner of the Toronto Star HR Professional of the Year award.

Lisa has more than 10 years of experience in HR and has worked in a no. of industries, including technology, financial servcies, engineering, HR consulting, etc. As an HR Business Partner, she has managed all HR issues related to the business by partnering with the leaders to address the people implications of the business needs. Her expertise lies in relationship building, leading and implementing initiatives nationally and leveraging technology to improve efficiency as well as customer service. Lisa earned her B.Comm (Honours) in HR at the University of Ottawa. She enjoys reading, painting and gardening, as a way to unwind and recharge.

Mike is an associate lawyer with the law firm of Crawford Chondon & Partners LLP where he practices exclusively in the fields of labour and employment law on behalf of employers. His work includes dealing with industrial disputes, union organizations and certifications, employment litigation, and occupational health and safety matters among others. Mike has worked with employers in both the public and private sectors, in a diverse array of industries including construction, manufacturing, health services, and hospitality.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2010, Mike completed his articles at another boutique labour and employment law firm in downtown Toronto.
