Bonni is the founder of The EO List.  She is also the primary blogger at The EO List and host of this website.

In her career, Bonni is the Managing Director of The Employers’ Choice Inc., a Brampton-based HR Consulting firm (www.theemployerschoice.com). She has been in human resources for 25+ years.  She is a well-known entity in the total compensation and organizational effectiveness fields, and has highly-sought after experience in the global arena.

She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and has earned four human resources-related professional designations. She is the 2012 winner of the Toronto Star HR Professional of the Year award.

Usha Surrao

Usha has over 12 years of Human Resource, Organizational Development and HRIT experience in the IT sector.  Her expertise includes talent management, training and development and implementing HRMS. She is an avid reader, lover of crosswords and puzzles and enjoys volunteering.  Usha has a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and a MBA in International Business.
